We approach every job with a distinctive plan as to how it should be performed.  Each property has unique conditions requiring on-site evaluation by one of our landscape professionals.  Each individual project is estimated out by the square foot and as to which materials will be used (i.e.  pavers verses sod, waterfalls verses walls.).

Timberline is primarily a residential design and build company.  We service commercial projects as well.  However, we don’t differentiate our payment terms between residential and commercial work.  We require a down payment and payment upon completion of services provided.
